Campaign Objective/ Client Brief

After the entire nation was faced with a stringent lockdown in April and May 2020; It was up until late May before the E-commerce activities resumed for Chumbak. They wanted us to come back with a ‘Stay Home campaign’ plan.

The Chumbak team approached us with one requirement that was to amplify their ‘Stay Home’ campaign using an Instagram first approach.

Strategy/ Execution

Having observed Chumbak’s audience and gaining complete insights from previous campaigns, we customized the communication and used various ad formats which would resonate with our target audience.

Audience Targeting :

Custom Audience like website visitors, page followers, and lookalike audience

With 5 days to achieve our targets, we were ready to approach the campaign with best practices which we had learnt throughout our association with the brand. Creatives had campaign name, products, offers and discounts in focus so we communicated it right.
