Senior Manager – Digital Marketing

Mumbai

General:

  • Expertise in driving performance marketing campaigns across various Digital Channels 
  • Experience in building communication strategies and creative approach as well as visibility for branding campaigns 
  • Understanding of aspects of Digital Marketing such as SEO, SEM etc.

 

Experience: Must have minimum 5 years experience in:

  • Planning and implementing performance marketing campaigns to drive business goals 
  • Creating extensive analytical reports to gain insights and help optimize performance marketing campaigns 
  • In-depth understanding of Social Media Platforms
  • Implement SOPs, track budgets, follow processes, evaluate TATs and set expectations streamlining the communication functions between stakeholders and employees
  • Responsible for creating a team culture that is built on quality, trust and superior specialist skill sets, that breeds success, fosters effective teamwork and relationships at the workplace
  • Hands on experience on Facebook/ Google/ Native/ Affiliate Advertising
  • A/B Testing for various creative and communication experiments to drive better performance on campaigns 
  • Brand building strategy to drive visibility for India’s top brands 
  • Client Servicing to be exemplary in order to drive client success 
  • Identify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/ projects and work with BD to plug the gaps

  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Google (Search, Display, Discovery etc)
  • Social Media Channels such as – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Trends
  • Social Media Listening Tools
  • Social Media Analyzing tools

 

Qualities:

  • Analytical with a strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
  • Supporting and mentoring team members (team size of 3-5 initially)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital marketing strategy for some of the leadings brands in the country
  • Build relationships with the clients and drive marketing objectives
  • Lead and mentor the team to drive exponential growth for clients
  • Training the team on various aspects of digital marketing
  • Lead on pitches and conversations to drive new business acquisition
  • Training Media Team members on various aspects of paid media
