- Hands on experience on Facebook/ Google/ Native/ Affiliate Advertising
- A/B Testing for various creative and communication experiments to drive better performance on campaigns
- Brand building strategy to drive visibility for India’s top brands
- Client Servicing to be exemplary in order to drive client success
- Identify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/ projects and work with BD to plug the gaps

- Drive digital marketing strategy for some of the leadings brands in the country
- Build relationships with the clients and drive marketing objectives
- Lead and mentor the team to drive exponential growth for clients
- Training the team on various aspects of digital marketing
- Lead on pitches and conversations to drive new business acquisition
