Job Description:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media platforms and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solution.
- Screening and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements in their respective teams.
- Collaborate with consultants to bring best talent onboard.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes and culture fitness.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR team and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven expertise of 2-4 years in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
