Job Overview:
Candidate with sound knowledge and expertise in digital marketing with a minimum of 4+ years of experience handling eCommerce social media campaigns (paid & organic) and having a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across social networks.
- Strong experience in creative & brand strategy to complement performance campaigns.
- Own the growth responsibilities on the brands assigned.
- Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required.
- Own client relations and keep a track of the market share and competitive strategies.
- Build and manage a highly motivated team.
Requirement:
- 4+ years of eCommerce growth/marketing experience.
- Possess strong leadership skills, including managing, coaching, and mentoring a team.
- Strong hands-on experience in daily eComm execution and process optimization.
