- Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of paid media campaigns to drive business outcomes
- Media Planning for brand and performance Campaigns
- Building and Leading a team

- Other publishers like Times Internet, Sharechat etc

Qualities:
- Analytical with a strong understanding of digital advertising
- Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
- Supporting and mentoring team members (team size of 3-5 initially)
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy for large scale campaigns (typical budgets of INR 5 to 25 crores per annum per client)
- Build relationships with the clients and drive business outcomes from the media perspective
- Lead and mentor the team to Plan, execute and optimise campaigns
- Guiding the media and creative team on A/B testing with different ad creatives and landing pages to improve CTR
- Analyze trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates to the team
- Training Media Team members on various aspects of paid media
